    TowBoaUS® and Piratecom

    Philadelphia, PensylvaniaJune 13, 2006

Piratecom founders made a personal visit to the TowBoatUS location of Capt. Bob Hartman at the
Quaker City Yacht Club to personally install the company’s 2 position IC4T Intercom System with Cell
Phone Interface for Capt. Hartman’s demanding application.

Piratecom’s IC4T Intercom System technology was interfaced to a West Marine VHF radio to allow
Capt. Hartman and his mate to communicate clearly with each other while simultaneously being able
to clearly hear critical VHF transmissions while on plane as well as make and receive vital cell phone
    calls while on plane.
