Piratecom founders personally install first Listen-only kit on Triton 22’ Center Console Long Beach Island, New Jersey - April 17, 2005 The founders of Piratecom made a personal visit to the home of their first L10 Headset customer to install the company’s first L10 Headset and C1P Cable Assembly Kit. After reviewing various mounting options the Triton owner chose to mount the C1P jack vertically in the radio box. The installation was problem-free and required less than 15 minutes to mount. “We were extremely pleased at how quickly and smoothly the installation progressed”, indicated Co-Founder. “I was very excited to see first hand the look of shock and amazement from the customer when he turned on his ICOM IC-M45 VHF radio to try the L10 Headset for the first time. The first comments from the customer were “Wow! Amazing clarity! Very comfortable! It’s about time!”
